Having taught yoga for 18 years and run her busy studio for 5 years, she decided it was time to get her thoughts out there: to assist newbies to yoga or teachers who are looking to deepen their knowledge.
Emma's approach to yoga and spirituality is different to many. Having healed her own back, which was in chronic pain to a fully functional pain free state, she wanted to help so many others with her systematic and therapeutic approach.
